When we purchased this house it was in pretty bad condition. Over the last 8 years we have spent quite a lot of time, effort and expense in modernising our home. When we moved in, we put in central heating, replaced the kitchen and bathroom and also redecorated. We would recommend living in Aylesham as we have found that local schools are really good. It’s also really great having so many facilities close by such as a library, clinic, shops and the train station. There’s also lots of beautiful countryside surrounding Aylesham too. I think the garden is a really good selling point of our home, it’s really big and great for the kids to play out in.
