When we were looking for a new property a few years ago, we did not really consider Ashington, but thankfully Cubitt & West sent us through the details of this property. We took a look and very quickly make the decision to move in. Though the property needed a little work it was well worth it, moving into a village with such a sense of community and with such great neighbours really was a refreshing change.
Rectory Close benefits from being just far enough off the beaten track to be nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the village centre. A new fence and some remodelling of the garden has given us a great place to enjoy the summer evenings and in the winter, having the open fire is lovely.
