When we bought this property we wanted a friendly neighbourhood to bring up our children. The house ticked all the boxes for us, especially as it was the ex-show home for the development and we loved how it was staged. The five double bedrooms were a real benefit as other properties we had seen had smaller rooms.
Bedroom 1 felt really special with steps leading down into the room, which we always felt had character with the sloping ceiling and dorma windows.
We loved the fireplace and have enjoyed many evenings snuggled up in front of it. The position of the plot and how it offers views over Chanctobury Ring was another attraction for us.
