Having owned this property and rented it out for a few years, I am sure we will get interest from those looking to let out as well as those looking to move to their own home. It’s been a great property for me, I’ve loved the area so close to the school and any properties for sale are never on for long on this development, so it seems it’s still really popular with young people and families alike and that’s exactly why I bought it in the first place.
