We decided on a Friday to look at Ashford as a place to live and by Saturday we'd found this one and made an offer!! There were only two left on this phase and this one just jumped out at us.

The house was practically a blank canvas when we moved in so we have tiled, carpeted, fitted curtains and blinds as well as landscaped the whole garden both front and rear. The back garden we are particularly proud of and it is fair to say that we will be sad to leave it.

The area has also been really handy as it is easy to get to the town and station and yet it is always quiet. There is a park just up the road and Waitrose is within an easy walk.
