The house is very flexible because you can either use the top two rooms or close the door from the first floor and virtually forget about them until you have additional guests staying. Another great thing about the village is that it is ideal for accessing suitable help around the home. For example, although the property incorporates a large garden, I have a wonderful gardener who comes regularly to look after it.
There is so much going on in both the village itself and the surrounding area that you are spoilt for choice. The lovely medieval town of Sandwich provides not only very good schools but also wonderful restaurants and individual shops. We also have a number of wild animal and nature parks nearby as well as championship golf courses for enthusiasts, while the miles of sandy beaches in Thanet provide everything you need for a day at the seaside.”
