The lounge area is a comfortable room made cosier by the open fireplace but the kitchen/dining area is the obvious social hub of the house with doors opening on to the rear garden too. The large garden has an area of hard-standing that currently houses the family caravan but offers a blank canvas to those interested in garden design and that rural backdrop is pretty stunning too!
Car parking here should not be a problem, there's a long gated driveway that provides access to the rear garden but on street parking to the front is rarely a problem.
The A27 will generally take you up to Arundel in a matter of minutes where you will find a variety of local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants and of course the station.

My mother-in-law first rented this house over 50 years ago before the housing manager at the time agreed to let me take it on. I've been here ever since, buying it after a few years and then improving it as I went along.
There are some fantastic walks to be had in the local area and of course the main road usually gets us into Arundel quickly for our shopping.
We'll miss being here with the lovely rural views but it's finally time to move on and allow someone else to enjoy them!
