The fee will not be returned if the letting does not proceed because you withdraw, change your mind, are unable to proceed or if the application is rejected for whatever reason.

GUARANTORS
If the Applicant has only a limited credit history or limited income, a guarantor may be required. The guarantor agrees to pay the rent and accepts all other obligations of the tenancy agreement, if the tenant fails to do so. The guarantor also completes the appropriate forms. The guarantor application fee is �90.
HOLDING FEE
You will be required to pay a holding fee of �200 per property. Payment of this money reserves the property. The �200 will be deducted from the first month's rent.
