This is all combined by the fantastic advantage of being accessible to the Island's principal town in a matter of minutes. It is not just Newport that is nearby, the golden beaches on the south east coast are not far at all either. Once you have parked on the driveway, you will find this country cottage has all the charm and character you would be hoping for in your search for the good life. Stepping inside the front door, you are greeted by bright, light and welcoming living space. There are two well sized reception rooms, the kitchen/breakfast room is an ideal space to socialise and with the sink so well placed, the washing up will become a pleasure looking onto the open countryside and upstairs there are three great sized bedrooms. The real surprise here will be the garden, a huge area to be enjoyed by all with a decked area to the bottom. 

OWNERS COMMENTS We bought our home here as a first time purchase. It was everything we wanted, close to schools, convenient distance to Newport and yet we were fortunate enough to be able to enjoy beautiful views. Living here provided me with ease of getting to the mainland for my work. Something I miss now I have moved on but we needed to move for a larger home. My son certainly misses the garden. It provided him a great space to play football, fortunately we had great neighbours who were always happy to throw the ball back over the fence!
