Having lived in the property for approximately 2 years, when we were actually asked the question "what have you done?" it was easier to say what we hadn't, and this wasn't a lot!

We have refurbished the place throughout from re-plastering to bathroom to flooring and decoration.

There is ample space in the loft to extend (subject to planning consents) the current owner has done some preparation to this area to be converted which was initially the plan but with our situation changing, this has been put on hold.

The only reason we are moving is due to a job relocation abroad.
