We chose this house, one, for its area and being close to Canterbury and still in the Countryside. The station is in walking distance from the house, also the local small bus service stops along the road. The garden is very large and lends itself to lots of possibilities, especially when we had lots of dogs and animals. The village has fantastic footpaths to roam and the wildlife if interested, is so exciting with owls, buzzards, hawks and many other woodland birds in the garden and around. There is enough room to park 3/.4 cars or vans at the rear of the garden, the entrance is from the access road. There are large gates to enter the property and still loads of space for kennels, log cabin and large shed before the rest of the formal garden which has a working fish pond it situ.
