Coolham Manor was the principle residence of the Hungerhill Estate and is a fine replica of a Sussex Manor House believed to have been built in the second half of the 19th Century and considerably enlarged between the wars. Situation

Coolham Manor is situated about one and a half miles south of Coolham, just off the A272.  The A24 provides quick access into Central London.

Main line rail services are available at Billingshurst (about 5 miles) and Horsham (about 8 miles) having frequent service of trains to London Victoria in 55 minutes and also excellent shopping and recreational facilities. The M23 gives easy access to Gatwick Airport (about 22 miles) and via the M25 to the national motorway network.

Sporting and recreational facilities in the area include golf at West Sussex Golf Club,  West Chiltington and at Mannings Heath. Racing at Goodwood, Plumpton and Fontwell, and hunting with Crawley and Horsham or Southdown and Eridge Hunts. Polo at Knepp Castle.
