To the first floor are two shower rooms and three more double bedrooms. The first floor has a second bedroom.

The top floor has a further two double bedrooms with sky lights and a third bathroom with a bath.

Ideal location for Cardiff University Students or those needs access to the Heath Campus or access to Cardiff Met Rider for Cardiff Metropolitan University. The train station is also very close for those needing to get to Treforst or Newport for University of South Wales

Lidl is located just 5 minutes away and there is an array of local shops and coffee shops within a minutes walk as well as Tesco Express on Cathays Terrace.

The University is 10 minutes MAX away and roughly the Business School.

The City Centre can be walked within 20 minutes although there is a bus along wither Park Place or Cathays Terrace should you want access via bus on the colder days.

Agent fee £99 per person - All 8 students need to pay this on the day you decide that you want the house to secure it

Deposit is the same as the rent - This needs to be paid with 7 days of the agent fee
