At the End of the Tenancy Check Out: At the end of the tenancy an Inventory check out will be carried out. The cost is £130+VAT for standard tenancies and £150+VAT for student tenancies. This is due prior to the termination of the tenancy and will be deducted from the security deposit should we not receive the fee prior to the termination of the tenancy.
