We have lived here for nearly ten years and this location does offer the best of both worlds. On one hand commuting into the City is very easy. Sainsburys have a supermarket on the Broadway which is great for the weekly groceries. Waitrose is only minutes away by car. There are also new restaurants and coffee shops popping up in Woodford, so from Italian to Turkish, there is always plenty of choice to dine out. On the other hand Woodford is spoilt with lots of green open spaces and forestry which makes it ideal for families as its great to explore. We found this to be a very sociable home. The large reception rooms often been with fun and laughter on family celebrations.
