Property description
Have you always thought about owning a stunning home that will offer all the space a family could ever need? Well, situated in the exclusive ‘garden suburb’ of arguably one of the most coveted and desirable locations that Brighton & Hove has to offer - this brilliant home is within striking distance of fantastic schools, transport links and amenities. This elegant Edwardian house - which has been owned by the same family for 12 years - offers a wealth of period charm with many original features, including built in storage, throughout. The well proportioned ground floor offers an ideal living space for today’s family, retaining the original dividing doors between the lounge and dining room which, in turn, opens onto a secluded garden. The first floor certainly matches the generous dimensions of the reception rooms, with four double bedrooms and a family bathroom . The house has been extended by the present owner into a second floor which has a more contemporary feel and offers an extremely useful and flexible space. Flooded with natural light, it’s ample dimensions and en suite shower room make an ideal self-contained space for any family member to escape to! In addition there is a utility room helping keep all the noise and mess of the family’s washing at bay!
A garden, partly laid to lawn, is an ideal space for play and entertaining. A “built to last” cedarwood outbuilding has great potential to become a home office, workshop or summer house.

What the Owner says:
I have loved living in this house for the past 12 years and I have very much appreciated and cherished its particular Edwardian characters and charm. It has provided a spacious home for my family, with plenty of space for entertaining and accommodating friends who all want to enjoy the many good things that Brighton and Hove has to offer!
It has been a safe and secure home and there is great shopping and dining nearby in Western Road and Seven Dials; the bustle of Brighton city centre is also within walking distance, or a short drive, and yet the area remains very quiet and peaceful.
My children have now left home and it is time to down-size, but I am sure that the next owners will find much to enjoy in this house and location.
