As we walked up the path, the lounge windows could not be seen for overgrown foliage. However, as we walked through the front door into the large hallway we were instantly hugged by the house. We felt at home immediately.

It took a while to convince the previous owners that we would nurture the house back to life as it had been in their family since the house had been built. We sympathetically renovated the house over the next couple of years and it was lovely to see it wake up again.

We love living in a village location with outstanding schools, good recreation facilities, quaint shops and the beach on your doorstep. What warms us the most is the community in which we live, where everyone stops to say hello and helps if anything is needed. What more could you ask for?
