SITUATION    Albert Park was formerly Conduit Field. From 1860, the park, together with the surrounding Victorian and Edwardian houses, was laid out. This land is in the Abingdon Albert Park Conservation Area and is still leased from Christ's Hospital of Abingdon. The property is located between the popular Abingdon School and St Helen's School and overlooks the park to the front.
