Cedar Court

Cedar Court was formally a large Victorian family house set in an enviable position on the southern slopes of Castle Hill at the top of Castle Street. As the property enjoys a slightly elevated position it boasts one of the finest views over the town centre and beyond. Current Status

Unfortunately the property has fallen into disrepair and now requires complete root and branch modernisation.  This will go beyond a cosmetic transformation and will require attention to the main fabric of the building and include the roof, both covering and timbers, along with windows, electrics and plumbing. 

It may be feasible to re-divide the property into three separate apartments, all of which would be very generous; however, this would require both planning permission and further permissions from the three remaining lease holders.  We do not believe such permissions will be granted within the time frame the owner requires the property to be sold.
