A large utility room off the main kitchen area houses a ‘Maytag’ washer/dryer and other facilities including and iron and ironing board.

The TV Lounge features a 55 inch Smart TV complete with the full Sky channel package and Netflix. The second lounge has a relaxing and ambient atmosphere with neutral yet incredibly stylish decor.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Hoscote Park House features six king size bedrooms over two floors.

The first floor houses a Master en-suite room and two further king size rooms with en-suite.

A further three king size rooms are situated on the second floor; one with an en-suite shower room and two which share access to a luxury family bathroom with double shower.

Each room has a 40 inch TV, full bedroom furnishings and all en-suites have double showers. There is an additional cloakroom WC on the ground floor.

Outside

Enjoy sunshine all day long in the front and back gardens – equipped with garden furniture and seating for 12 people. Both gardens are fully enclosed and the back garden has a BBQ.

Ample off road parking is available at the front of the property and the house has a full alarm system.
