When I first came here I really could not believe the size, there were lots of buyers after it and I had to bid away to secure the property as several buyers were after it. I saw the potential and had to invest a great deal of time and money into the house, but I soon got it up and running and ran it like a guest house. I have really benefited from the income by letting a few rooms and now my partner and I have decided to take a step back and retire to something smaller in the county. We have really loved the house and the location is perfect, especially during the holiday seasons - we were inundated with enquiries for vacancies, especially during the music festival, we even pitched tents in the garden to cope with the demand!
