Initially I was attracted to the property due to the location as it feels like a little oasis within Purley but just so convenient for some fantastic schooling, shopping and links into the City.

Since being here I have kept the property up to the very best condition possible and have always enjoyed entertaining my family and friends. In fact now the summer is upon us I will miss having a BBQ in my lovely garden!

It will be a sad day when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owners, but I hope they enjoy the house as much as I have.
