We've lived in Wilberforce Road for over 15 yrs and it's been wonderful to raise our family in such a friendly community. Originally bought as two tired flats, but with bags of potential, we are very proud of the warm family home we have created. It is an amazingly quiet location, yet right in the heart of Southsea and handy for everything.
We are very reluctant to leave, as our neighbours are also a group of very good friends. We've had some memorable social events over the years, including a couple of street parties (the 'odd numbers' always beat the 'even numbers' in the Wilberforce Road tug of war). We will really miss it, but are moving to the Isle of Wight to be nearer to work and the children's school.
