Property description
If you are looking for a home where you and your family can put down your roots and become part of a community, then look no further as you will find this home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac within the popular village of Saltwood.
The open plan kitchen and family areas really do have that ‘wow’ factor. The kitchen area has a real touch of class with attractive work surfaces and enough cupboards for any budding chef to simply store all their special ingredients. You can just imagine friends coming over for dinner and relaxing on the sofa, whilst they wait for the culinary delights you have prepared.
The lounge is going to be the ideal place for a little bit of quiet time away from the family. You can picture relaxing in here, with logs crackling away on the open fire and your favourite music playing in the background.
There shouldn't be any arguments over the bedrooms as all of them are doubles, and three have en-suite shower rooms, making getting ready in the mornings stress free.
If you enjoy garden parties then the garden of this home will not disappoint. There is a lovely decked area which catches the evening sun, and the only thing that should break the silence is the sound of water flowing into the pond. The garden also has a vegetable area and fruit trees, which will be perfect if you like making jam like the current owners do.
What the Owner says:
One thing that attracted us to our home was, the moment we turned into the close, it just stood out from all the other properties.
Since we have lived here we have done a lot of work. We built a 1st floor extension which gave us an extra bedroom, an en-suite shower room and a large family bathroom, we had under floor heating installed in all the en-suite shower rooms, the family bathroom, the kitchen and family area.
We also re-fitted the kitchen, fitted double glazed windows, had the house re-wired, paved the driveway and landscaped the back garden.
