Well this one really is very special and individualistic. When Millwood homes developed this site they really pulled out all the stops and created an incredible selection of homes that we would in keeping with the adjoining St. Augustines Abbey.
Incidentally, I hear that this is an incredible place to hold a function and I have heard that they hold the most fabulous New Years Eve extravaganza (no having to pay an excessive amount or wait forever for a taxi)
But let's get back to your new home! The breakfast bar in the kitchen means that you can eat on the go and maybe buy yourself a few more minutes in bed. Having 2 en-suites will certainly cut back on the morning queues and so even more time in bed.
For a more formal dining experience the lounge/diner is really conducive to socialising as you can enjoy an aperitif with your guests on the comfort of the settee and then move over to the dining table for the main event. If the Indian summer we have been promised comes to fruition, then the garden will be another wonderful place to enjoy some alfresco dining.
The children could have a floor of their own whilst you take the top floor. When your guests have come for the weekend to enjoy the beach and the country walks they can stay over and enjoy their own private amenities. As the train station is close by they will not even have to bring their car.

We moved here because we are such busy people at work that we want the little time we have to be ours and not assigned to DIY or other time consuming programmes of work.
This is one of the largest homes in the area and is perfect for all of the family as it gives us all a sense of personal space. We have watched the new properties being built over the past year and are so pleased that we bought this one as we feel that the specification is second to none. Having 3 bathrooms is a real god send.
We will miss the space, location and peace that our home offers us.
