When we first saw this home we were amazed at the amount of room that it offered. The only modification that we felt we needed to carry out was to increase the ground floor space which we did by turning part of the double garage into a sitting room. This in our opinion has now balanced this home perfectly with more than enough room for the downstairs matching the upstairs accommodation.
We have found the location to be particularly quiet and we can access the shops and schools very easily. We are able to move on with no forward chain therefore leaving it easy for the purchasers to move in as quickly as they want.
