We bought this house approximately twenty five years ago for the space it offered as we had a growing family and always plenty of visitors, (in fact we have had up to 35 stay here), so it was perfect. We’ve added the workshop/garage, kitchen and utility room over the years and generally kept the property up-together recently putting new carpets down in many rooms. We installed photovoltaic solar panels at a cost of over £14,000. This investment gives us a regular payback as well as reducing the house electricity bills. The conservatory gets the sun most of the day and the parking to the front has been a godsend. We're moving to be closer to family - we just wish we could take this house with us!
