From Wadebridge take the A39 South past The Royal Cornwall Showground turn right onto A389 signposted St Issey. Through St Issey turn left at sign indicating Rosehill. The houses can be found on the right hand side.
From Newquay take the A39 North turn left towards Padstow at Winnards Perch onto B3274 turn right at High Lanes onto A389 then look for sign on right to Rosehill.
