Property description
Set in 2 acres, a detached 4 bedroom farmhouse with a self contained 1/2 bedroom annexe, a 45' x 30' agricultural shed/garage and two kennel blocks with 18 Kennels, 3 holding bays, a prep room and staff toilet (The kennels are not presently in use and require upgrading). There is also a stable block (2 loose boxes), gardens and 2 paddocks. The setting is quite stunning with distant views to Caernarfon Bay and the Isle of Anglesey (wonderful sun sets). Our clients have also obtained planning permission for a rear double storey extension plus a garage (Please ask for further details). In our opinion, an ideal property for a tradesman needing the required onsite storage/working facilities or perhaps a family requiring a property from which an income can be generated by letting out the annexe or re-instating the former kennels (Re licensing application required). The property may also suit a family looking to purchase a property that can provide accommodation for live in relatives.
