The house is completely unrecognisable both inside and out since we have lived here over the past 12 years, it is such a drastic improvement. Everything has been renovated including the loft extension where we have created our dream bedroom with Juliet balconies plus a lovely en-suite. We have also replaced the kitchen, utility area, the two en-suites plus we converted part of the garage into a fabulous steam/shower room.

It has been a faboulous family home over the year, particulally when the children were all here we also used to and still do often walk down to the beach. You can also see Southend from the landing window where I could also see my mums property on a clear day!
