We just knew immediately when we came to view this property that it would make the perfect home for us. We fell in love with the setting straight away, the property is set at the end of a lane amongst forest land.

We have found the location to be a peaceful environment in which to live, plus the open spaces of High Beech are close by, where you can find some great walks, horse riding and mountain bike riding. Whilst we have this virtually on our doorstep we are accessible by car to Loughton Station and Chingford Station, so you get the best of both worlds here, a semi-rural environment, yet accessible to Central London.

Our favourite space within the home is the kitchen/diner, it’s certainly the heart and hub of the home, where family and friends can come together for cooking, eating and relaxation. It also seems to be the place everyone gravitates to when entertaining.
