We bought our home back in 1997 as we thought it had a lot of scope to extend. It was the intention that this would be the family home and so we wanted something that could grow with us as our family got bigger.
Over the years, we have extended the house to the side and into the loft to maximise the potential.
Given we already have a good amount of off road parking, we felt that we didn’t need a double garage and so we converted part of the garage to a family/play room and we also added a utility room.
We have really enjoyed living in the neighbourhood. Everyone is really friendly and we’ve been known to meet up for Christmas drinks and certain occasions.
