This is a perfect family house. I have lived here for 13 years, initially with my husband and now alone, which is why I feel I must move to be nearer to my family.
Over the years I have entertained the family when visiting with plenty of room to spare.
Being keen sailors, the proximity to the sea was a massive bonus and being surrounded by the nature reserve really gave me the feeling that space was in abundance.
It is a reluctant sale, that's for sure. The neighbours are lovely here and I will miss them terribly. We are quite a close knit community and we all help each other.
