Great quality build, corner plot, amount of bathrooms and the study was the right combination for us. All of our friends without exception love the property. We have had many parties here and the flow of our house lends itself to entertaining.
Apart from the semi-rural location, we love the convenience - we are in close proximity to Epsom Downs station, Epsom, Ewell West, Ewell East, and Cheam, which are all accessible from here by car.
If we want to go shopping locally, we can get to Epsom, Sutton, Reigate and Banstead in about 10 minutes by car.
