We were looking for a family home that we could make our own and the moment we saw this house we knew we could renovate it to the standard we wanted.
The position too, was ideal with the woodland behind us offering beautiful walks to East Court and surrounding countryside. Since moving in we have extended the house both at the front and the rear and have ungraded pretty much everything else too. We'll miss the kitchen/dining area most. It's ideal to be able to cook whilst supervising the children doing their homework and it's also a fantastic space for entertaining with friends and family. It's a lovely neighbourhood and there is a real sense of community, we've been made very welcome here.
