We bought the property new just over two years ago. We chose what we thought was the best plot on this small estate, having the largest south facing back garden and main rooms to the front looking out on the path to the fields. Our house has offered versatile accommodation with three reception rooms downstairs to use as required while the family are growing up, and the large bedroom on the top floor also being used as a playroom, family room and study on different occasions.
We have really enjoyed Cuckfield finding it to live up to the reputation of being a friendly, active village with excellent schools and only a 5 minute drive to the larger shops and rail links in Haywards Heath.
