When we first came to see the house, the internal space completely took us by surprise. Getting five double bedrooms was a major bonus with young children as well as getting all the character features we wanted!
The garden was a big pull for us as the children need as much space as possible to run around in. There are plenty of options in Crowborough in terms of parks and open spaces for them but having a decent rear garden is almost irreplaceable.
Parking has never been an issue with the whole front being used as a driveway. The garage is there but we don’t really use it unless it’s for storage!
