When we first saw our house on line we thought it was beautiful but when we actually viewed the property it really did exceeded our expectations.

The village is perfect for couples, families and people wishing to retire. It has great road links and a bus service that also runs through the village. Ashington has a fantastic school, great local pub, local shop, pharmacy and in my opinion the best fish and chip shop in sussex!

We have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to spend almost two years in our dream home but we now have to relocate abroad for work and have to let it go. We hope the owners will be as happy as we have been.
