Before I decided to buy this property, I had looked at several in the area and this had far more space than others I had seen. I loved the vaulted ceilings and the galleried landing and the location was ideal, looking on out to The Warren woodlands whilst being so close to junction 9 of the M20. It has been an ideal layout to entertain and also, having the third floor meant that the children could have their own space. I have loved having the log burner ablaze in the winter months and having the downstairs underfloor heating is a real indulgence to have. The house is economical to run and having solar panels has meant that I receive regular payments from the grid for electricity that they have generated. I am only moving now as I am relocating abroad.
