I returned from working in London last year and was due to start a new job in Ashford so. I knew the area well as I was brought up here and have family in the town. I looked at several new estates but none of them were particularly large enough and the parking was a real issue, where as this one has a double garage as well as the parking at the front. The house looks out onto The Warren which is a protected woodland which can never be developed. It feels like you’re on the edge of the countryside but at the same time we’re really close to town and junction 9 so it’s perfect for commuting. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout and the whole house is really efficient which is great considering it’s size!!
