I remember this being the last Bovis home available on the development. The previous sale had fallen through and as we had nothing to sell we were able to buy straightaway. It was important to us to have lots of space and we'd been living in the States so were used to things being big!
We do a lot of work from home so it made sense to convert some of the garage to a second office. We still have garage space and the drive and there's always plenty of room to park on the road out the front as well.
We have two boys and regularly have family stay over and it never feels crowded inside. Having the two en-suites means guests can use the second bedroom and still have some privacy.
