Property description
If you have a large or expanding family, a need for lots of rooms or just like to have space, then this house is one of a few that should grab your attention. From start to finish, top to bottom, they are well proportioned rooms and large open spaces like the entrance hall or the landings.
Three floors of accommodation on offer are enough for the biggest of families. The top floor has two fairly equal size rooms and they both share an en-suite, you can easily imagine teenagers sharing this floor and loving the fact that they have a sense of independence.
The middle floor has the main bedroom with its large en-suite, a Juliette balcony on the landing overlooks the green area out the front and there are two further bedrooms as well as the family bathroom.
The living area and rooms are well thought out too. The kitchen has enough room for a dining table making it the hub of this wonderful family home. The separate dining room can be used for more formal occasions, but it also makes an excellent family or playroom, it could even be used as an occasional bedroom. The lounge has a window to the front and French doors to the rear which open out to the back garden, a sunny area which catches the sun throughout the day and is not overlooked.
There's no need to worry about parking either, a double garage out the back sits in front of two spaces with additional parking as well.
What the Owner says:
We actually really wanted one of the smaller four bedroom houses next door but we just missed out so we were amazed when we realised this one was within our budget. We moved in with our two girls and our son came along soon after but with all this space we could have loads more and still have room, having 16 people in the house at Christmas gives you an idea of just how versatile the space is.
Soon after moving we made the decision to install solar panels on the roof, the house faces south so we knew it would work and it has actually reduced our electric bills by 50%! The solar panels are a 3.6Kwh system that is generating an income of approximately £850-900 per year.
There's lots for us to do nearby as well. There are two parks in walking distance as well as a primary school and supermarket.
