We chose our property initially as we fell in love with the beautiful garden and the wonderful views. We have enjoyed every minute here and we have discovered some really great features, whether that's something simple like the bespoke splash backs or the integral speakers wired into the kitchen ceiling and the coloured under cupboard lighting also in the kitchen.

We have just continued to fall in love with our home, however we really are city people. We love Woodingdean with its green spaces and parks and all it has to offer, but we miss being near to city living, so it’s time for us to move onto the next chapter in our lives. We hope the new owners will be as happy as we have been here.
