You might just hear the kids in the cosy family room at the other end of the barn: if you can't hear them you may find them in the meadows behind the formal gardens, where they could be building a den amongst the trees.

If al fresco entertaining is your passion then the beautiful gardens are perfect - there is a small barn at the rear which is lovely for entertaining on a Summer's evening. The agent told us about Trinity Barns, then being converted. We weren't really interested in a barn and we didn't want an 'attached' home so we put the barn's details at the bottom of the pile - apart from anything else, it was well over our budget! But we turned onto the drive and fell in love with it all there and then: the barns, the location, the views, the tiny community. We were hooked and stayed for the next twenty eight blissfully happy years!
