We originally bought the property in Hopkins Court as the first ever owners and we have loved living here since 1996.
It is such a unique place to live and being able to have use of the wide open spaces within the grounds is something of a treat in Southsea. It's so nice to be able to sit out on the grass and enjoy some alfresco refreshments with views of the Solent and Isle of Wight.
If you’re a fan of tennis as I am, then as a resident of the community you get use of the tennis court and I often have friends come round with their racket to join me for a game of tennis at the weekend.
We will really miss it here but no longer need a house this size.
