We bought this house a few years ago so we could be closer to schools for the kids and it has been a fabulous house to live in.
When we first came here we had to get a change of use as it used to be offices and we soon got the planning approved to turn it back into its former glory. We also applied to extend and build a garage, which has been passed too, but we have now decided that we are missing our home town of Shanklin and have taken the tough decision to move back there and let someone else enjoy this glorious town house. It has been a great place to live, but we have made up our minds and it’s now ready for someone else to enjoy for many years to come. We hope whoever comes here loves the house as much as we have.
