Property description

If you need a home that allows you to entertain friends and family with plenty of room to spare and also gives all of the family space to call their own, then this is a house that you need to take a closer look at.

The porch is ideal for the kids to kick off their shoes as they return from school and the study could be a homework room, play room or, perhaps, an extra bedroom if you need it. There is a cloakroom which will come in very handy for your visitors and you'll love entertaining with friends and family in the kitchen/diner which leads into the conservatory and can easily be used as extra living space. The lounge on the first floor is a light and bright room which overlooks the local sports ground so you can sit back and watch the action from the comfort of your settee.

All of the bedrooms are doubles, which any teenagers will certainly appreciate, and the Velux window in the bathroom lets in lots of natural light whilst you soak in the tub at the end of a busy day or a quick shower in the cubicle when you just need to "get up and go" first thing in the morning.

Outside the paved garden can become a blaze of colour with some well chosen pot plants and there is a garage en-bloc behind with additional parking accessed via a security gate giving you extra peace of mind.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this house eight years ago it needed a lot of work but that did not phase us as we were looking for a project. So when we moved in we refurbished the house from top to bottom and added a porch and conservatory.

We thought the layout of the house worked really well as it is on different levels, has excellent parking facilities and in the perfect location. The railway station is just at the end of the road, so is perfect for commuters, and the town centre is within walking distance, as is the local primary school. In fact, living here you will find that you don't really need a car at all!
