I choose this house for a number of reasons. Firstly the location. I work in London and I commute by train, so this development is absolutely ideal. I can walk to the station in less than 10 minutes and if I'm in a hurry I can use the High Speed service at Ebbsfleet which is also nearby. The motorways are also only a short drive away so it is in a very convenient position.
I also liked the position of the house on the corner. This gives it a private garden and a superb garage and parking area. I like the fact it has plenty of space on the ground floor, and the fact that due to the space available, you can really use the rooms in different ways depending on your circumstance.
