We bought this house just over 10 years ago and were the very first owners. We liked the fact that we did not have to do any work and could just move in. We have kept the house exactly the same so that the next owner can enjoy what we did.
The other main attraction was that we could park our car on our drive. In an area where every road has residential parking this was a major bonus.
The location was also a factor. As a more mature couple we needed amenities to be close by. You will find it all here, the buses, road links, convenience shop and the glorious park. We will miss it but we know the new owner will love it.
