Compared to many other houses we had viewed when we purchased the property, this just seemed to offer us everything we were looking for. The spacious layout of the property flows really well and all the rooms are of a generous size. Since moving in we've landscaped the rear garden with the finest quality sandstone from a local quarry, which has added a real aspect feature to the property. The location was also a big draw for us too as we are close to some great schools and have really easy access to both the town centre and the local countryside so we find we don’t have to use the car as much so having two parking spaces is a bonus.
